just turn down the stabilizer, it should work fine then. If not, then... I don't know. Try your best to draw with less stabilizer percentage, and hopefully it'll work out. I've never seen the difference between stabilizer vs no stabilizer, but I also draw with a stylus (Or touchpad when the stylus is dead) so that might be why.
