It would be awesome to have a feature where you can ask someone something about their bio or whatever, BUT the profile owner has complete ownership of the comments, and has the ability to block/delete comments.

I think that it would be amazing to ask people (for example) about their OCs that they mention in their bio, or just ask someone a question about their art.
